I have substantial investment with Schwab and a Schwab 500 customer, I never have problems getting IPO shares. And yes, I got ALLR as well. Very satisfied. It depends how much money you got in the account and how much money Schwab makes off you on the number of trades you do. I go through 40-50 trades a week so they make a pretty damn good commission on me.
