Bruce--- You state you will vote no to increase options... great! UNLESS it is tied to an increase in share price... I agree,,, Most likely the annual report leaked first then those that received it early bailed as any sane person would have. This drop has nothing to do with MMs only the report. EPS will run it back IMO-- just think where it could be after earnings if this garbage had not happened or been requested requiring it to be put out for the world to see. You are correct,,, it seems impossible they could not beat the estimate! My targets have changed--- the low side keeps getting higher and the high side gets lower..
