You're at your stock and trade again - whipping up paranoia and trying to get investors to look anywhere but at management. The shares already have no value, despite all the your frequent postings about how great things are just about to happen; and as for the reducing the credibility of the likes of Kim Hart - well, I'm still laughing about that one.
As for me and my motives - you are dead wrong. I would, however, like to see Hart face legal charges for past and present actions. If the best response the company can make is to say they know nothing about this (and that sounds like that patsy IR woman), this should tell investors that it's all been flim flam. An immediate and vigorous denial would have been the only acceptable - and honorable - response from Sungold. However, you can be sure they are consulting lawyers about how to diminish their liability - and issuing a denial would just get them in deeper legal doo doo.
As for posters huffing and puffing about the bad manners of the Band to post this info. on SI on a Friday - wake up! What better place to communicate---they need to contain their liability, as well.
Still, most posters here, will, I'm sure, focus on me as the big bad wolf. Remember that people (like Cheeky Kid) were ranting until the end that David Walsh was innocent, cancelling subscriptions to any media that questioned Bre-x, and generally huddling together in a conspiracy theory. This will be no different. It's why people like Hart and Banzinger go on to other projects. |
