Yes, definitely, FORE is much much better; FORE's ASX4000 runs around the old slow BPXs and beats the hell out of it. FORE is the only vendor that has the technology for OC48c with their own silicon. Any idea as to what those mean before saying things like this? Some people don't know that they didn't know, too bad. all imo.
