i know for a fact Oklahoma has a state law (pursuit 18 O.S. 1065) where an OK corporation has to makes ALL it books and records available to a stock holder at least once a year, part of this state law gives a 5 day time frame, im sure Georgia must have a similar law...anyone in Georgia here.....:) mulla711
