The valuation of any land or property is what it actually sells for. Once a sale is complete then the value of that sale per acre will become
the standard that the remaining land will be valued at. Madera currently owns about 700,000 acres. Less 1/3 equals 466,666 acres
remaining. If the sale was for 96,000,000 then the remaining land will be valued at 186,666,480. That added to the 96 million in the
bank plus 5 additional million for the exsisting sawmills and other assets the new total is 293,000,000. Divide that by 79 million shares
and we have a new book value of 3.70 per share.

With a book value of 3.70 and the very real possibility that the new Web site will bring a few nickles to the bottom line the share price
will climb IMHO.

Some of you that are looking at the long term aspects of Madera may want to reflect on how an
additional sawmill, plywood factory and furniture facility will add to the bottom line.

Web site to be up by end of next week with PR to follow. There are very few stocks that I will recommend to friends but WOOD is
one of them, it has the most potential, both short and long term. IMHO

Thanks for your comments...
