William, "deferred revenue" was the wrong term. My apologies. I meant "managed revenues." If you want to know what I'm talking about, read through some of Allen Benn's post for the past couple of years. All the posts on this thread have been indexed, so it should be easy to track down all the comments relating to managed revenue. Can someone point us to the URL for the index?
