What ever state you live in has a state attorney general, in that frame work they have a "securities" inspector, administrator or some name similar to that. You will have to find your states official and then either email fax or call that division. What these guys do is permit the trading of a certain stock in that individual state, under the "blue sky laws". Now I dont know if you all were aware of this but they have the right to suspend trading in that state!!!! And they can move faster then the (SEC) if they start getting complaints from their residents of that state about investor abuse...
