It would serve you well to consider other posts on this board prior to making assumptions. Facts have been reiterated countless times which you have ignored. You choose to proceed on speculation; but given that your speculation got you into the supposed position you're in now with abtx, don't trust it and listen to facts. Your first major misunderstanding: JT never said a buyout was proceeding as planned. His comment was that the process to maximize shareholder value would take 3 months plus 2-3 weeks, that buyout/in was one of the alternatives being considered. Well, he made his deadline. He feels maximum shareholder value can best be achieved at this point in time by remaining independent and further consolidating the company -- management, research, marketing, market position. He has lost no credibility with me. I use my own due diligence and it's nice to know it leads me to the same conclusion arrived at by Soros, FMR, and Wisconsin Retirement. Investments are not absolute. Things change. My due diligence or that of others may one day arrive at an opposite conclusion. But that is not as of today.
