David, I can almost see it.....

Just like the tobacco industry, or Archer Daniels, some internal memo or some tape recording mysterious surface, warning management that there is no way the system can handle anticipated increased usage with the unlimited plan. Memo included industry standards such as the 10 to 1 ratio versus the 40 to 1 AOL ratio, etc etc.

I find it hard to believe that AOL did not see it coming, when there are so many ISPs with unlimited plans available. They must have known that they cannot handle demand but decided to go ahead to fuel growth, sacrificing service in the process.

Any C/A attorney is going to tear them apart.
