Exactly how do you address the issues I raised in my last post? How can the company make any further acquisitions? How can the company service its massive debt? How will the company deal with the shareholder lawsuits?
If management has determined that no buyout is the best way to go, then these issues must be addressed. I bought this company as a long-term holding and was actually distressed when they originally announced that they were considering a possible buyout. But I have come to understand that management needed to raise cash to best fulfill their strategic plans. THE COMPANY HAS NOT RAISED ENOUGH CASH TO FULFILL THEIR STRATEGIC PLAN! After three months plus two or three weeks the company has not fulfilled its promise.
