Think about this, raise 5.5 mil, spend at least 7.2 for N.O., buy gatsbys, move in new building, pay for web site development. So when will the first convertible financing be done? Sotherby's claims to be spending about 25 mill to get the web site up and running. What will it cost MLRE?? Maybe a ton of shares at $2.50?? You tell me how many shares are outstanding after the 2 acquisitions and anything else that was done on a share for debt basis, and how much cash the company has left and I will glady re-evaluate the situation. Unfortunatly I can't get these answers from the company, which can only lead this bear to believe the facts aren't so bull friendly. Unless of course you are talking about Bull$hit!! And for the record, I would rather own DCX, and do!!! I figured I would by it before the intro of the euro as a hedge against a possibly weaker dollar. Turned out OK
