krishna; you bring a great point about the sinking

like a rock, but what (and ofcourse i'm bias (10K shareS)) if those

sales were for in the coming months after a big (small) jump
in the stock price... why wait till then to file for a selling, no?
stay one step ahead of pack, he's been buying bigtime at these levels
so why sell at these levels, unless most of buys have come from
1-$2 RANGE.....

the following is a ? i posed on the MTF board and a response from
a Fool employee....if it helps or you have thoughts please share....

good luck to all

should this also help HNV ??? >>

Hi BRACIOLE69.

The AtHome-Excite merger shouldn't have any direct effect on the deal Excite has with HNV, or any -- or at least most -- of Excite's other partners.

The combined company will inherit whatever deals, partnerships, obligations, and so on, that Excite has made to date.

The only situations where there might be some impact is if Excite had a deal with a company, particularly an exclusive deal, and AtHome had a deal with that companies competitor. I can't be certain without checking, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were some more situations of this sort... though nothing in specific is coming immediately to mind. I'm sure these situations can be worked out.

Will the merger be good for HNV? I don't see much reason to think it would be bad. And if it increases traffic to Excite, or traffic within the site, then that should be good for all of Excite's partners. Excite will still be available on the web, on the same basis it was before the merger.

Hope this helped. And thanks for reading the Fool!

Nico
