I agree with you: we need to hear more from the company regarding their decision. What I have come to like least about the company is that everything is shrouded in mystery and speculation. It's hard to know what is really going on. Is this announcement a bargaining tactic to get a higher price? Were the bids too low or were there no bids? Were there negotiations that broke down over non-monetary issues like strategic direction or management control? Were there external factors that were beyond both party's control? Why is the company "suspending" instead of "delaying" or "ending." Finally, how will the company address the issues stated in my first post (debt, acquisitions, lawsuits) now that the strategic plan is "suspended."
