Not at all they are two completely separate cases. Except that if Lone were successful in the RICO Lawsuit it would kill the bankruptcy suit. It is possible that if the Judge sees the merits of the RICO suit (now that Dbags could not get it dismissed) he might throw out the bankruptcy suit. Only uncontested debtors can force bankruptcy. If the Dbags did in fact manipulate the market then they breached the debenture contract as well as performed an illegal act.
