Ned, Now you are going to spend all weekend on something that you have no financial reason to do? Why? Would not that time be better spent on looking for a company to invest or sell short for a profit? Maybe you could do some house work. Find some people that are short in this stock that would pay you to bash here. I'm going to spend less time on the thread this weekend, though. Instead, I'm going to outline a very thoughtful letter to the appropriate authorities outlining Mr. Shaw's reverse Midas touch as well as the company's penchant for apparently ignoring corporate formailities. Tell me where will you send the letter? Who are the corporate formalities police? ROTFLMAO
