Let's replace the words "cash flow" with "accumulation". Meaning, since Nov. this stock has been being bought by insiders with open market orders, heavily. This is being reflected in heavy money stream spikes and positive BOP (custom indicator). Give it 4 weeks or so to see a good pop. FDTR looks nice also...
