Richard, I'm not positive, but I think the term "Private"
has a somewhat different meaning in the "King's English" .

I never cease to be confused by their "public schools" -- I
think that in the US, we consider them to be "private schools".

If I'm not wrong, they seemed to have originated the English
language. :-}
