LEESBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 1997--Coherent Communications Systems Corporation
announces the appointment of Inter-Tel as a non-exclusive US distributor for the Consortium(tm)
Conference Bridge. Inter-Tel is a single point of contact, full service solutions integrator to small and
medium size businesses, with a broad distribution network of resellers in North America and 1995
sales of $148.8 million. The Company's Common Stock is quoted on the NASDAQ National Market
System under the symbol INTL.
Coherent appointed Inter-Tel based on its total solution approach and installed customer base.
