Class-action Lawsuit may be file against Stockabsorber! GLOW is NOT responsible for actions of Island Gaming. Stockabsorber has crossed the line with his statements and caused stockholder monetary damages. I have contacted an Attorney and asked him to review the statement by Stockabsorber, if he does not soon make a Pubic apology for his statements a Class-Action lawsuit will be file against him. What bashers do not realize is that they are leaving a record of statements that can be used against them in a Court of Law! I would not want to be in his shoes, there are a lot of wealthy people that own stock in Glow and are willing to spare no expense to make an example out of him! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU LEAVE NEGAtiVE POSTS, they are a permanent record of your statements and can be used against you in a court of law. If Stockabsorber wants to take on the Government of Dominica (who have a vested interest in the success of Island Gaming) Distance yourself as far as you can from this individual and his negative statements, it is not worth being tied up in court for the rest of your life, because you are tied to him in some way. Warning to Posters: Before you post a message again consider how it would sound when read in a Court of Law, you are leaving a track record ALL over the Internet of your personality and motives. This information can be used against you in your life, your job and the courts. For GOD's sake be careful!!!!!! One last question; How would your employer react to the statements you have left on the Internet if you were being considered for a promotion and how could they be used against you by someone you trashed unfairly, everyone gets even and you would always wonder why and who!
