I think you just answered your own question.

I believe that this scam is now at the point where anyone that does even the smallest amount of DD knows to stay far away from this stinker. I believe that we are at a point that the market makers have no incentive to be buyers at this price and therefore the bid will just continue to decline every day. There still is a ton of stock that Tom and Jackie need to unload. They know that the stock is worth nothing and they also know that there are no real buyers for their stock. this is why they have chosen to unload their shares in a very slow and systematic fashion. Tom tends to dump in lots of 5,000 and Jackie will dump 2,000 at a time from his personal account and 2,000 from his Biosphere account. I am surprised that investors who bought into this scam back in 1996 through 1998 have not seeked legal council in order to have a securities class action filed against Tom and Jackie. They need to go after these individuals who have made tons of money hyping their scam via all those bs press releases they produced over the past 3 years more than the "company". After all, these two partners are the company.

IMO the SEC should be ashamed of itself for not closing down this scam over a year ago!
