I am under atrhe sasme jurisdiction and must obey all Federal laws as anyone who lives in the US.. Tony, let me be the first to inform you that many of us who live within the boundaries of the United States are not subjected to the federal laws..But Tribal laws made from the councils on the reservations...The US stops at our entry gates and have no jurisdictions...Maybe one day you can come and visit and see for yourself..PS you don't need to bring your gun, just your heart.. Lighten up man!
