For what it's worth here is a post from the yahoo message board.

Expect Time Warner to make a bid for the CBS Network as early as Feb. 5th . TWX (Levine) and CBS (Karmazin) have been holding closed-door meetings to finalize the details which call for TWX to acquire the assets of CBS and combine the network with the WB into a major TV Network to be known as CBS-Warner. My sources indicate that, in essence, CBS will be acquired by TWX. Currently on the table is a proposal wherein each CBS shareholder will receive 0.45 shares of TWX and 0.5 shares of Infinity Broadcasting (INF) for each share of CBS. At current market prices, CBS shareholders would receive approximately $41-42 per share as a result of this pending deal.
