Hi BAM,

Thanks for your comments on the AT&T / @Home situation and how it impacts Realnetworks.

Check out this site from a practice session on today's senior bowl. An interview with Brian Shay who played HS football and small college ball here in Kansas, as well as an interview with Tony Dungee:

al.com

This is an NBC channel ( supposed to be a partner of Microsoft on MSNBC ) that has chosen the best streaming choice by using Realplayer on their site. :^)

Another thing I have noticed while I have been looking for info on RNWK on the real.com web pages is that Microsoft realizes that real.com is a network with heavy traffic and spends money on advertising on Realnetworks' web pages, contributing to RNWK's revenues. I am looking forward to seeing the revenue figures for the 4th quarter. I think the advertising figures will top $1 Million for a quarter for the first time.

'Advertising revenues were $843,000 for the quarter ended September 30, 1998'. This number is from the third quarter earnings report.
