USAT went from $12 to $49 in 13 trading days from mid December to mid January after having run up from $3 in mid November. In the same run it went from $20 to $49 in THREE DAYS. So our thought of a near term high of $15 for USRF might be very conservative no matter which criteria one applies. When a stock runs from $12 to $49 it did not run courtsey of retail internet day traders alone. Institutions and major league accumulation occurs at those levels.
Apparently, the market is applying a whole different multiple to wireless stocks. USRF will also have increased market cap to do some interesting things to further their holdings in the field and increase market share. Perhaps USRF is just getting on the radar screen of various investors. I am not suggesting that USRF will mirror USAT but even if it did half as well it would reach $25.
Maybe the anticipated PR from USRF this week might be the launching pad. I think it will be worthwhile to read the news this time before the knee jerk sell off. The reverse just might be the case with the next PR.
