David, I had felt quite secure in the belief that the buyers received solid commitments from the GOB that it would continue to maintain its currency's value. Also felt that such commitments would have been part of operating agreements between buyers and the GOB. I'm left wondering how this may affect the relationship going forward, and whether this may lead to any operational changes in rate structures, line growth commitments, etc. Any thoughts?
