Long term attractive..... Does that mean short term unattractive ? May be buying LEAPs instead of buying calls ?

Heard that in the latest issue of JAMA someone published a study on a drug call Orlistat which essentially is a lipase inhibitor. Test subjects can eat as much French Fries as they want and still lose weight as the lipids do not get broken down and not absorbed. How is this going to affect the $ 10 billions market for Meridia ?

Thinking about it, the side effect of Orlistat (oily stool) and Meridia (constipation) should cancel each other out. Wow! what a winning combination.
