One trick that a lot of engineers use is to normalize their data. I did that for prices over a 42 day period using the following code for a custom indicator:

PricePeriod: 42

(close - lowest(close, PricePeriod)/(highest(close, PricePeriod) - lowest(close, PricePeriod))

One may wish to use this for indicators other than price, even for indicators that already range between 0 and 1 or -1 and 1. Don't forget to set the chart range for this indicator from 0 to 1. Overlay this indicator with period set at 21 and see if it looks interesting.
