Hi I was in the military and I know that most soldiers get free calls home. They did it in Desert Storm and they are probably doing it in Sarevo. The goverment will lease the line for the month, year, whatever. But they will pay a high price. I think the word is getting around about Franklin. Just my opinion. Phil
