Do you think Microsoft should refund PC users who don't use the preinstalled version of Windows on their machines?

"No, the operating system is part of the machine, part of a package.

I'm sure as far as Microsoft is concerned not only is the browser part of the operating system but the operating system can't be removed from the computer.

I understand that Dell will be happy to load Linux for me ... as long as I buy fifty PC's and a server. Yeah ... right, now tell me a Western.

I think I'll buy CPQ stock instead of DELL. Doesn't Michael Dell realize that he's a billionaire and he can remove Bill's (expletive omitted) tallywacker from his mouth any time he wants?

Just wondering ...
