MOUNT LAUREL, NEW JERSEY, July 28, 1998 -- General Signal Networks, a unit of General Signal Corporation (NYSE: GSX), and a worldwide provider of data center networking connectivity technologies, today announced the change of its name and identity to INRANGE Technologies Corporation.
