Hello Ted and I'm sure all of us share your views with the risk assessment on this issue. It has been very hard for all of us I'm sure to "keep the faith" with a declining share price with no volume almost daily and no news to help our confidence. I can only speak for myself when I say that I have always kept in touch with Click and attempted to get answers to may questions. Mr. Bendov's confidence has been a big contributor as to why I'm still here and agree with Ted that the risk has appeared to be greater as time has elapsed without closure. In all fairness to Mr. Bendov and Click, he mentioned possibly having to restructure the deal in order to get the deal inked. I respect his dd in making sure all is on the up and up to insure what is best for all parties concerned. IMHO, this is the reason the deal hasn't already been inked.

Thanks Ted and the rest of you who have continued to stay the course and believe in the Click vision. I will continue to provide as much dd as possible to keep this thread going while we wait on our friend Malko to return, hopefully very soon. I have also been disappointed that we haven't heard anything further from Malko but feel confident that as soon as he is able to post he'll be back to thank us for keeping the faith in STEN/Click. I have missed Maryann's post here and only hope she will be back with us soon. Can I predict that we will see closure this coming week? The answer is no but from Mr. Bendov's message I feel it is close. If we don't get closure by next week, unless Click's mission has changed I'll still be here waiting and hope all of you can also hang in there.
