There are powerful newcomers like RSL Communications (Nasdaq: RSLCF) who are actually doing IP telephony, instead of talking about it like DGIV, and who have audited revenues (RSL did almost 306 million dollars in business in North America alone in the first 3 quarters of 1998.) I can contact RSL's Delta Three subsidiary (http://www.deltathree.com/) and arrange to use my home computer as a one end of the phone call, and call real telephone numbers on the other end.

So, why are you interested in the dark back alley of the stock world, the OTC Bulletin Board, where companies like DGIV or BNEZ exist, that don't report to the SEC? Aren't there better places to invest?
