Just returned from Arcadia.Excellent location, and it was 7/8 full at 4:30 pm, totally packed when we left after dinner. Service was very good and impressively knowledgable considering they have only been working three days. There was clearly overstaffing which I believe is their policy for new locations to insure excellent service from day one, and they can taper that off as things get settled. The design is excellent, alkthough the ceilings are not as high as Brea in most areas. Beer is brought in form Brea, but tasted fine. The PM Porter was better than any batch I've tasted before. The new pasta dish with spicy sausage and three color fresh peppers was quite good as well. Jerry Hennessy and Paul Motenko were both present and told me there were two other shareholders dining at the same time we did. I believe they have been there every day since opening working hard for their shareholders. This location looks like another moneymaker to me. Time will tell.
