Hi Darrell,

I seem to recall a phone number for the SEC being posted on this thread at some time. Does anyone know if they have an investigation division for this type of situation?

If not, I will post the information as I find it. My conscience will certainly feel better if I pass along what is happening here to the SEC. It's sort of like watching a crime in progress, no?
