Since you asked pallisard -

are you going to take responsibility for the losses taken by small investors on the MIKL boards.

Investors in MIKL will make money. 8 Months is a short time as long as fundamentals continue to improve. In any event, I discuss facts with independent thinkers who make their own independent decisions on investments. If thats all too much for you to digest the answer to this question is "No" none is needed.

Are you still a plaintiff in the lawsuit being appealed regarding Valence?

Your question gives you away as a dupe for assuming I ever participated in a class action against VLNC. I did not. If you are so interested, go look it up. I imagine it is a matter of public record. The question is: Will you join the class if you lose money in VLNC?

Do you really own any Valence or is this one of the slammer's ploys to give you credibility?

Whether I own VLNC isn't germane to a discussion of the facts concerning VLNC. If it were, the answer would be "No, there are too many better alternatives in the market."

If you do own Valence why have you suddenly posted an abundance of separate negative spins on the Barrons article.

I do not and what I reported is not spin but a collection of excerpts from a financial newspaper article, the author of which appears to have drawn similar conclusions about VLNC.

Are'nt they just an attempt to panic all the board lurkers.

I cannot panic board lurkers. The facts may though they should not. Emotion is an expensive luxury when investing.

Or is this merely an embellishment of your vendetta against Valence for your '93 losses which damaged your ego

Ponder the first three letters of the word "assumption." You do it badly. For the record, in 1993 and 1994 I had a very small position in VLNC. I sold part of the position at 23 1/4 in 1993. The other part I sold at 4 5/8 in 1994. In hindsight I would have rather sold it all at 23 1/4. Vendetta, you say - Do you hold vendettas pallisard? Is that why you ask?
