John,

2 of the 10% shareholders have filed a 144 to sell 319,248 shares. They filed on 22 Jan. 99 Could be a smoke screen to cause some selling in the low 30's but it is worth noting. I have had SGII on my radar screen for a long time but I haven't bought it yet.
