subscribers....plus advertisers....plus "partnerships with content providers"...they have over 50 partners that they charge to have a section to sell off: for example...a long distance service....made more sales off AOL than anything else... and they pay AOL......same with Netmarket (Shoppers Advantage)...lots of contracts with "content providers" who pay and pay...yet provide valuable content....(whatta deal for AOL!!) also.....AOL is not just AOL....it is Compuserve...which is about to surge....(a business oriented version of AOL (with less porn! hopefully).... ICQ, AOL Messenger.... etc etc. Lastly....AOL is international..... Or they can get really interesting...and only let one "name" per subscription...(vs the current 5) and watch households/individuals get into multiple subscriptions....because it is addictive...!! Just some thoughts....Mary
