I think we should see some very positive things on PMA and the lawsuit very soon. Jack and Mikey were gone from the office, out of business last week for 3 days, so something is cooking. Anytime Jack goes out he seems to come back with a deal with a large chain. ie; Staples, Inc.
I will be calling the courthouse monday to tuesday to check the filings and report back to what we have. I'm going to have a service copy them for me and fax them to me and have someone post them so we all know what is going on.
I'm just looking forward to seeing PMA in the staples stores is a real professional set-up with our preview video, good shelf space and advertising. Also, I'm not sure but I believe we are also going to be kicking off another advertising run in Inc. magazine with will go along with the 28 million piece sunday paper ad we are doing with Comp USA, and rumor has it that we are to be on the front page of that ad, but it isn't confirmed yet, but I get Comp USA ads in the paper on sunday so I will really be looking forward to that.
Also, when I talk to Jack again, I will be discussing with him for the last time, hopefully the dividend, when I was down there last it was all taken care of, I will probably tell Jack to give me the ladys number that handles our account and I will take care of it, because she seems to have her head up her $$$ and doesn't really care about BNEZ. Also I will be talking with Jack about reporting status since the AOL lawsuit is coming to a head hopefully and we will have to be reporting by July 1st or 31st, still checking on this.
will let everyone know, just hang tight, I would expect to start seeing reviews by people of our software within a few more weeks.
Also, hopefully next week I will know how the guy that put us in that article in the United Airlines magazine new about BNEZ. I have already gotten the info to BNEZ about the publisher and they are currently trying to contact him and the company said they will call me as soon as they find out.
As far as my opinion goes, this is just the calm before the storm.
