I use Quicken. It is cheap and does a good job. Can download quotes online. Software sets it self up to do that and a whole lot more. Don't use the household financial features my self. Handles just about any kind of transaction. You can set up your portfolios just about any way you want, shows small charts and history. Reports probably keep an accountant happy, but I don't get reports the way I would like. They show an effective rate of return and I want an actual rate of return.
