You're not aware of what a central banker is trying to accomplish? It's REAL simple. Maintain the HIGHEST purchasing power POSSIBLE of their paper currency. That is all. Ooh, and they're so good at it. Try "forever saddling the general populace with debt by keeping them on an infinite treadmill of borrowing to keep ahead of the continual debasement of their currency".
