Suzzy-q--> Sorry...When a company buys only the assests and leaves behind the debts, they are not liable for any back charges. I agree it sucks that these people are out funds from Piercy, but it is not TSIgs problem. They purchased only the income from CCI not the outflow. If this is to go away TSIG must do it on their own. They are not responsible for the debt! Piercy worked a good deal for himself, I am sure RG did this deal Knowing Piercy was gone soon. FREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
