Brian or any respondant: Does anyone have any idea why IDX had to pay their legal expenses and
not the loser of the suit? If the answer is that IDX had to countersue,
then does anyone know why they didn't do that? [Perhaps the court felt
that it was not frivolous and thus a countersuit would have been iffy?]
