2 stocks of interest:

NAVR
VRTY

NAVR touched back down to its 20 day moving average Friday (as did a lot of I-net stocks)... announcement of IPO should come any day soon... this is a good position play to play for the announcement of the IPO. I expect it to dip sometime very soon after the announcement as well... especially if the IPO itself isnt until a few weeks out. But it should be a good play.

VRTY -- have been researching this one for a few weeks... I really like it. It's main competitor is FileNet whose lunch its eating. Their is an interview with the CEO/CFO somewhere on the internet (I believe stephen pointed me to the site a few weeks ago) The CEO is one of those "turnaround" CEO's and he has done a great job with VRTY.
Only 3 analysts follows it so far, <Soundview, NB Montgomery, Dain Rauscher> (and only 1 has the balls to predict earnings the next 2 quarters) and its market cap is sub $500M. It deals more with INTRAnets vs INTERnet....

Here is a summary:

from the Web or network servers. Its technology is
embedded in applications made by Lotus and
Netscape and licensed to companies including
AT&T, Cisco, Compaq, MCI WorldCom,
NetManage, Quarterdeck, and Tandem. Sales to
European customers account for about 12% of
revenues.
