Martman You are without a doubt a person who needs a project. As to your comment about someone named Yemlin I have no idea who that may be ,. But like most of the information that you have put out there is no basis of fact. Anyone who sells because of your posts and then the stock goes up resulting in losses has every right to sue you for damages. I talked to the company on Friday to as about all your comments.Here are the answers that I recieved: 1 Guidera is actively promoting the company and has contacted over 435 brokers in the last 4 mmonths. Mr Talbot indicated that they talk to guidera at least once a week andget faxs with new contacts every second day. Of coyrse the info you posted was that their phone was disconnected. So I asked for the number and got it right away. When I called I was given a gentleman named Dwayne who had tremendous things to say about the Company. Another of your accurate statements 2 The Vancouver clinnic is open and has been for over 3 years The Company was given 3 years of historical financial statements by the clinic. It was based on these financial statements that the decision to by the clinic was made. Mdre has acquired a clinic with existing cashflow so that it will be easy to add dialysis to it. 3 My comment about you putting one big order in and giving the MM the opporunity to play around was verified by the trading the next day. Based on the info that you yourself have published about your business failures and the info given to me by the Company I wouldn't throw stones if I lived in a glass house. By the way how is the new office in the basement suite. 4 I understand from the Company that no one except Mr Talbot will talk to you because you are rude and yell at the staff. If you remember my dad is going to Anguilla for dialysis I have spoke to most of the staff in both Edmonton and Anguilla and find them outstanding and always willing to help. As part of the package that a patient gets are letters of endorsement from Dialysis patients. It is obvious that you have little or no business skills based on your own comments . As near as I can tell you expected to make a large amount of money quickly fron this play and it didn't happen. Probably to bail your self out of financial trouble. In summary the information that you have posted is wrong. It is obvious that the comments are purely out of spite. Quite frankly any one who has sold or who sells because of the info that you put out has every right to look to you for damages Your latest comments about Mr Talbot are slanderous and I hope that he deals with you. You are accusing different people of using different names Whose to say you are not some guy named Peter 41 or Lucacom from the Stockhouse. I can say that I will report back to every one after the visit to the resort. Martman you need to get a life and get out of the basement more often. For those of you who think this has been very harsh on Martman I believe that most of the info he is publishing is incorrect and is being done deliberately because no one in the Company will talk to him. Mr Talbot did say to me that he was always looking for more information than he was entitled. Have a good night
