Wigglesworth: I don't know how many shares you purchased at $80....if you had purchased on the downside as I have over this past year, your break-even would be considerable lower than $80. You appear Angry with 3com when in reality you are actually angry at yourself! Maybe you put all your eggs in one purchase....not a wise thing to do...always keep a considerable amt of cash on the side to buy on the dips. I intend to purchase more Coms this coming week...I remain with a projected forecast of $65/sh in '99. I can understand your "anger"...I went through the same situation when I bought IBM several years ago @100/sh, only to watch it go down in the 50's....I recovered and sold out at $130...and don't regret that she moved up since then. So....remember always, "Success is FAILURE turned inside out!"...learn from your failures and don't spend time on "water under the bridge"! In this business, you cannot win all the time! Pick yourself up, dust yourself off...start all over again. What counts is, not how many times you fall but...how many times you get up! It's when things seem worst that one must not quit!

Good luck....don't remain discouraged!
