Let's talk about issues of grave import here. The owners of investorsguru.com have taken their private company public. The question is: why didn't they do this via an IPO? Here's an idea, if you get acquired by a pre-existing peice of crap OTC trading vehicle you don't have to deal with such nuisances as a prospectus and the like. What can you tell me about this company other than that it is a shell, Robert?
