Greenline: Except for Wednesday, when they lost 2 of 4 servers, and I couldn't get in to change a stock, otherwise execution of my STOPS seemed to be a minimum 3 minutes this past week. Market orders were filled almost immediately (around your range) except for the wait on the LOCK and HOLD period which was a decent time. I tried to input any orders on a stock I wanted to trade at a low price, and then changed it after the open or possibly get filled on a "dip" in the stock price.
