Dear fma: Again, I am not a securities attorney (maybe we have one around here somewhere?) however, I think there are steps one must take to get resolutions on the Agenda. And also there is a timing elemnent. We are likely too late for any of that. However, when they get to General Business Discussion any one can ask any question they like from the floor. Management can decide whether or not they wish to answer and of course, only those present will hear the answer.

Thank you for your efforts with Kevin Fallon. I noted that he had NINE purchases of stock during the year so he ought to share our concerns. He also may be the largest individual shareholder of the company. jdn
