I think there is something substantive going on here. I'd appreciate comments on Herb Blair's SI post 7364 and Lowem's post 8574 on Yahoo regarding Lev's quote in Baron's that there would be commercial production within the 2 next to quarters. It appears to be a very gross departure from anything Lev has said before. I am very comfortable with the idea that Carl Berg, Lev Dawson and Alan Shugart have real concerns about personal exposure to litigation; (the current appeal of the old shareholders law suit); and this has been one of the driving forces in Lev's refusal to give progress reports. Has he ever made such a definite statement as "commericialization within the next two quarters" Any one? ????
